Time to pamper my house friends.

Time to pamper my house friends.

Okay, so I must admit I’ve been procrastinating bringing my doggies to the vet for grooming. (So bad of me, I know -.-;) But I finally got to do it last Monday since we didn’t have classes (supposedly a free day to study for midterms but at least I did something more worthwhile, not?).

So introducing….

Heartily and Derby! Yeah, clearly they are terribly overdue for a hair cut.

So off Aunty Zeny (my dad’s sister) and I went driven by Lermis to the Cebu Veterinary Doctor’s grooming center at SM. Why there you ask? Well, I just like the selection of poodle cuts they have… FilChi’s okay for their health needs, but I really like CVD for their complete top-of-the-line grooming.

Here’s a picture of an excited anney! Though it looks more like I’m giving a Grinch-face. XD

Yes, I can not contain my excitement.

As we arrived there, I received bad news though. The groomer told me Heartily’s fur had to be completely shaved off because it was too tangled and mangled. Waaaah =.=; There goes my wanting to see Heartily in a cute show-dog poodle cut. /heartbroken

So the doggies started getting pampered /insert behind the scenes photo below

Derby dare not show his face to the camera (he’s always been so shy), while Heartily’s all worried that I might post this on the internet (see how she looks at my watermark? /no relation HAHA).

On another note, are those two groomers twins or something?! I just noticed it now. LOL

Meanwhile, my aunt and I went off shopping for some things to bring for our Bohol trip. Yup yup, tomorrow I’m leaving for Panglao~! It’ll be my second time in Bohol. Mia, my second-degree cousin, is actually tagging along too. We both have a secret mission during the whole trip! It’s all confidential though so I won’t be explaining it here. *mwahaha*

Three hours later, we came back for the kids.

Are you ready? Are you ready for the best before and after pictures of doggy grooming ever?!

First up is a year and a month old Derby!

He looks 10 times younger, right?! Without the horrid fringe, you can actually see his beady little eyes so full of love and gratitude. What a happy pup!

Next up is a year and 2 months old Heartily!

She looks behaved and all but she’s actually the naughtiest, most hyper active dog I’ve ever had in my LIFE. Sometimes just too much, I worry she can never be a mother of pups. Just over playful and domineering over Derby. Don’t let those cute looks fool you!

She now looks like Bambi! [If you really wanna get a kick out of it and see Bambi, click me]

LOL. And really, P550 is worth it. 🙂 They trim the hair, shave where needed, cut the nails, clean the ears, genitals, feet and teeth. Anything and everything! They even spray some dog cologne so they smell extra fresh after. It’s a chance to repay your dogs for the unconditional love they’ve always given you.

Here’s my favorite part, their tails! Love what they did with them.

Falling in love all over again.
