The Stylogist: Lace Garden Collection

I have too many overdue posts… T.T I’m sure most of you have already seen this collection from my Facebook posts and portfolio site, so sorry for the untimely blog post (read: 4 months old!) Lately I’ve been busy with a lot of advertising and commercial works, plus a 3-day prewedding shoot at Sumilon and other things… My domain name is also set to expire next month so I have to do something about that. Above all things, Thank You Lord for a lot of work opportunities! I am a super happy girl contented with life right now. *happy dance*

Pearl from Dolled Up Makeup Supply & Studio did the makeup for this collection once again.

I was really impressed by how she made different natural looks that all complemented this dainty floral theme. So pretty! <3

More of the collection [here]~

Last time I checked, most of these were already sold out but Janine & Justy of The Stylogist also accepts made-to-order items so no need to cry ladies! I believe you can even customize the designs for instance if you’d like the blouse with sleeves instead or a longer version of a skirt design. I especially love the pink floral palazzo pants from this collection, so lovely and comfortable! Sometimes I’m afraid I wear it too much. lol

Borrowed the peonies from our dining room again XD I can’t help it, they’re so beautiful and they don’t look plastic at all! Janine and I collaborated on this background set design. She brought some vintage items like the clock, metal chair, wooden baskets and teddy bears while I brought my ever useful tule, IKEA rotera lamp, IKEA boxes and plastic leaves my mom helped me get for another set design long ago.

Cebuanos will probably think the walls are so familiar. Yes, we shot this at CMYK when it was still under construction! Back when the place was made up of pretty pastel pink and white, before the introduction of black, yellow, red and blue were painted. Thank you to Lea for allowing us to use her space. Yesterday was her birthday so if you missed it, go and give her a greeting!
